I can’t get to the post box, how can I send you my claim?
We know how difficult it is at the moment to get about and we’ve increased the claims submission period to 26 weeks (six months) to allow you extra time to post your claims. However, we would always prefer claims to be submitted online, which is quicker and easier for you and for us everyone. Click here to make a claim online.

I can’t afford to keep my policy payments going in the near future, what can I do?
Please contact us about taking a payment break for an agreed amount of time. However, you won’t be able to claim for treatments/services you purchase during the payment break.

My appointment was cancelled and I need to rebook later in the year, what happens with my benefit entitlement?
If you send us the original appointment confirmation with your claim, we will pay the claim using this date, even if you rebooked the appointment for a later date.
